Counselling helpless and scared parents to deal with sons emotional or behavioural problems
James and his wife Nicole are so spent and heartbroken. They have a 13 year old son. Parents feel that their son is suffering from depression, probably anxiety and bipolar. The boy refuses to see a therapist or take any medication. He is very angry and talks rudely with his parents about their feelings about him. What are the parents supposed to do with their son and their feelings? According to parents their son is not threatening to harm himself or anyone else but he is losing out on life and it is so painful to watch.  
Counselling teen mood fluctuation or something more severe ?
